Where to find your leads
Open your bot and go to Contacts → Leads. This is your command center for
everyone the bot has talked to.
At the top you'll see four at-a-glance metrics:
| Metric | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Total Leads | How many leads the bot has captured |
| Capture Rate | Share of conversations that became leads |
| Engagement | How actively visitors interact with the bot |
| Conversations | Total conversations in the period |

Reading the leads table
Each lead is a row with these columns:
- Date — when the conversation happened
- Name, Email, Phone — the captured contact details
- Classification — the lead type (e.g. sales vs. service)
- Source — where the visitor came from (attribution)
- Messages — the conversation length; open it to read the full transcript

Reading a full conversation
Click a lead's Messages (or the row) to open the complete transcript. You'll
see exactly what the visitor asked and how your bot responded — perfect context
before you follow up.

Find the right lead fast
- Search by name, email, or phone.
- Filter by Date to focus on a time range.
- Select category to narrow by classification.
Export your leads
Click Download CSV to export your leads for your CRM, email tool, or
spreadsheet — handy for bulk follow-up or reporting.
💡 Tip: Pair exports with your notification alerts: respond to hot leads
immediately via email, and use the CSV for periodic pipeline reviews.
Following up
Reach out while intent is high — reference their conversation so your first
message feels personal and relevant. Fast, contextual follow-up is where chatbot
leads turn into customers.
