UpChat does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (sometimes called “sharing” under the California Privacy Rights Act).

We collect this information from you directly, from your use of our services, and from the websites where our chat widget is embedded (when end users interact with the widget).

Even though we do not sell or share personal information as defined above, you may contact us to:

- Exercise other privacy rights described in our Privacy Policy and Your Privacy Choices
To submit a request:

- Your full name
- The email address associated with your UpChat account (if applicable)
- A description of your request
- Your state of residence (if you are exercising a state-specific right)
We will verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. We aim to respond within 45 days (or as required by applicable law).
5. Authorized Agents
If you are a California resident, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization (such as a signed permission letter or valid power of attorney) and we may require you to verify your identity directly.
6. Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you submitted a privacy request, except as permitted by law.
