What Powers v1. 2
- AI Foundation: OG v1.2 was built on OpenAI’s GPT-based model, configured to respond naturally to website visitors.
- Data Handling: Business data (services, products, and contact details) was manually added through hard -coded backend entries.
- Functionality: The chatbot could hold conversations, answer frequently asked questions, ask about services and products, and then prompt for contact details like name, email, and phone number.

Considerations
- Responses are now shorter and transitionally better.
- Less information can be better, meaning crawl only the necessary service/product pages and add your products/services, locations, and FAQs.
