- Functionality: The chatbot could hold conversations, answer frequently asked questions, ask about services and products, and then prompt for contact details like name, email, and phone number.
Strengths

Considerations
- Some responses could be longer than expected, as the model was tuned for thoroughness in answers to be helpful.
- Less information can be better, meaning crawl only the necessary service/product pages and add your products/services, locations, and FAQs.
